2. Payment Terms
Payment:

Payment terms for our services will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept payment through various methods, however primarily through credit card for your enhanced security and protection.

Refunds:

Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
​
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments:

Bookings can be made online through our website and via our Janeapp booking page.

Cancellations for appointments should be made as early as possible. In order to be as available as possible for our clients we kindly require at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling/cancellations. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, and those who provide less than 2 hours notice or simply no-show will be charged the full appointment fee.

Workshops:

Cancellations before the workshop start date are not eligible for a refund but may be considered for credit toward future workshops, at our discretion.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

Use at Your Own Risk: You agree to use our services and website at your own risk. Russell Health Collective is not liable for any injuries or damages that may result from participating in our services.
